1. How long does a class last?
The training session itself is 45 minutes long, composed of 30 minutes of intense HIIT training, 5 minutes of warm-up, 5 minutes of stretching, and 5 minutes of challenge exercises. In total, when you include meeting with the group, setting up the training space, and preparing materials, each class has an approximate duration of 1 hour.
2. What is included in the class?
All materials and equipment are provided by us, training tools, music equipment, and mats for floor exercises. Clients do not need to bring anything.
3. Can the classes be adapted to the needs of each group?
Yes classes are fully flexible. They can focus more on Heat Training, Strength Exercises, or a combination, depending on the group’s goals. Most sessions are Full Body Training, but we tailor the orientation to the specific requests of each client.

4. Where can classes take place?
Training can be held anywhere that suits you: at your company premises, in a park, a parking lot, outdoors at your office, or other suitable spaces. We adapt to the environment you choose. 
5. What is the recommended frequency of classes?
We recommend once or twice a week to achieve optimal results, but we can adjust frequency based on your company’s needs and how often the service is required.
6. Can classes be scheduled outside typical work hours?
Yes we can arrange sessions before work, during breaks, after work, or on weekends to fit your schedule.
7. Do you offer corporate sports events?
Yeswe specialize in organizing corporate sports events, ideal for measuring progress, celebrating achievements, closing the year, or kicking off the summer season with healthy team activities.
8. Are the classes suitable for all fitness levels?
Absolutely our workouts are designed to be inclusive for all employees, regardless of fitness experience. Intensity and exercises are adjusted so everyone can participate safely and effectively
